Backing Out Of Bids Is Bad Mmmkay?

The only time it won't be okay is when both GMs are somehow involved in the means that's creating the need to back out. For example trading a player that would eliminate the need for a FA and requesting to rescind a bid to get a lower price (no matter how unintentional) is clearly manipulating the system. But like Sean noted in the past 10 years every other situation that a player backed out of a bid it wasn't manipulating the market.
