Type B Compensation

There were way too many type B's this year. I am for the change. If you want the guy enough to sign to a 1 years deal most likely you like him enough to sign him for 2. We still have a lot of cash in the league so if you dont like the deal after 1 then you can cut him and you are out 8 mil. That doesnt seem that much in the grand scheme of things.
