This needs updated in the FA rules thread. I've already noticed a few illegal bids.

question on rule 1. he has to be injured and not back from the DL to be allowed the buyout?

That sucks, I was hoping the rules would allow me to get ride of Butler and Kemp when they got obsolete, ie the dip below 80 in overall.(kemp is pretty much there, Butler, in 1 or 2 years)
