I dunno about this deal, it is very strange, but the GM's gave good reasoning, if their reasoning wasn't as good then i would veto but I will approve

I can go with where the league wants to go on cash deals. I don't think it's particularly sound reasoning to pay this much for the specs involved, but it's not crazy so I won't stand in the way.
