This is going to need some explanation. Brown is probably actually peaked, but has yet to hit his career window, so he's going to get a boost to 85 overall and have 84 control, 72 power, and 86 movement. That's a pretty solid bottom of the rotation pitcher.
Bertinshaw is alright. He too is pre-career window, so he's actually 75/82 (and that's before we can estimate how much his peak will drop when he ages). He should be useful, but in the 4th or 5th OF variety that you platoon vs LHP. Those can be found ultra cheap.
Without some good explanation, I don't like the deal at all and it'd be a veto from me. If other people knew Brown was available, you could get much better offers that Bertinshaw.
