Whereas real good health (90) should get the player a consistent 160+ games per season. Again, this is saying the player doesn't get injured.
On what do you base this?

Fact. Try it out on a game. Edit one team to have all 8-9 position starters to 90 health. A second to all 75 health and then a third to all 60 health. Then edit the injury settings (frequency and severity) to both -100%. Sim out a season and check the results for how many games each set of teams differ.

The game and the forums have nothing about this. Your little experiment does nothing to convince me this is needed.

Clay saying health goes towards fatiguing a player, not just injury chance.

From one of the more esteemed members saying that health determines how much rest a player needs.

Clays talks about health relating to days off. The post below that is good info too.

The evidence is there. Players need days off and the lower their health rating is, the more days off they need. Players getting sore/tired and continuing to play is how some injuries happen and higher health guy is just less susceptible to becoming sore/tired.

All of these indicate that it will have only a few games difference. I for one like the file and this this is all a big waste of time.

I think the majority is towards the no side with this one even without a poll.
