I'm going to approve. I do believe it's different circumstances and I'll admit it was probably a mistake to veto the NY deal. COL can be notoriously impossible to deal with so it's impossible to truly gage fair return or if it's even close to best return. With Ubaldo's new contract, and 3 years having passed without touching his 3.10 effort that lead to the veto and extension and lack of one 90s vital it's easy to over-value Ubaldo. I did so myself in september.
