Looking at the file, it does not appear PIT's were done to what I had listed.

Was what I had expected to see. Is this just mogul being mogul or did I mess up something?

You didn't mess up anything because you didn't give me dimensions. Short of me spending a long time adjusting yours trying to balance them, that wasn't going to happen.
You can tinker with them yourself and let me know what the dimensions need to be to achieve that.
