    **Infield grass height from Medium to High

    **Convenience from Average to Good

    Total Cost: $5M + $5M + $15M = $25M
    Discount: $25M * .15 = $3.75M

    Final Cost: $5M + $5M + $15M - $3.75M = $21.25M
