For the new guys, we run on the principle of if you can make your pick, make your pick! We can be nice and say the draft doesn't officially start until 8 PM ET Sunday night, but that's not truly the case. We've grown into expecting people to move the draft along and help Andy get as much of the 1st round (and maybe more) done as possible so that it shortens up his night.
