I accept this trade. I value Fleming over Newdigate any day of the week. I have yet to receive a offer for Newdigate so I felt getting a more experienced 1B would be worth it. I hate giving up the 2nd round pick but still.

Trade mods, this is ridiculous. If BOS wanted Fleming, he could have given up a 5th rounder to sign him, but now he's trading a 2nd and Newdigate for him?

Not happening.
Like stated, if you wanted him, why not offer him in FA? Furthermore, you've been so headstrong on Newdigate being worth a great return, so I don't get why you would trade him for an aging, sub-800 OPS 1B.
