I don't see James Threadgold anywhere on the RP Group. Seeing how Rossell would've been comp according to the all players file, I'd think Threadgold would qualify.

James Threadgold is a Type A player, in fact he is the highest rated. The issue is that his hr per 9 was zero across years. Can't divide by zero!
