You can now match a contract's total offer with less years and be the leading bid.
EXAMPLE
COL offers $3M/3 Years
TOR offers $4.5M/2 Years
TOR would be leading the bid since they matched COL and the player would prefer the same amount of money for less years. Someone else could offer $9M/1 to match and take the lead as well.
