I will have to look up stats when I get home on Logan Morrison (PHI/CHC) and RJ Seidel (MIL/CHC). I know they both had some pretty good stretches.

Any active GM can vote, vote on all players, 75% makes it in.
Eligible players have to be retired for 5 years. They get 5 trips on our ballot before being eliminated.

Not sure on Morrison but Seidel I think should go. Look at the stats, I would say Seidel HOF and Morrison Hall of very good.
