Wanted to make a running tally of things likely to change for next year:
1. We will switch to Mogul 2014. Anyone needing a game, we'll hook you up.
2. Bank limits will be imposed at 50M. All excess cash not earmarked for stadiums will be put back in game at the start of ST 2039.
3. Draft Pick trading will be open at ST. We will not sim ahead to ST to know what the draft class is. (We will sim a few days before the draft class is released)
4. The NL will begin having a DH.
5. Salary Demands will be upped +10%
6. Houston to the AL.

Please have 2014 with the patch of of 14.11 loaded by Tuesday! I plan to release our first 2014 file on Thursday for Hokey/Me to work on the resigning file. In that file Houston will be moved, player demands will be up (it won't effect resignings this year), DH will be turned on, and I will have reset all the arms in the file!

Also we are doing resignings in 2013. Then Andy is doing the change on the Friday or Saturday where he will be fixing arms and such. Or he can correct this post.
