Upcoming Changes For 2037-38 Off-Season

- No minor league bids until after Update #1
Minor league contracts are invalid in Off-Season until Update #1 is posted.

- Minimum bids to be entered at $501K
League minimum will remain at $500K in-game, but league minimum bids in FA will be $501K so that contracts are guaranteed.

- Exact player positions as listed on Mogul should be in the thread title
Threads without the correct positions are subject to being deleted.

Two more:

To be instituted at the start of ST 2038:
1 Salary Demands will be boosted by 10%. Quite frankly, we've all been benefiting from some dirt cheap signings Especially on guys that are just exiting Arby and getting their first contract. Just look at some of the in-season extensions - those guys are not getting paid.

To be instituted at the start of ST 2039
2. Banks will now be capped at 50M.

There is one exception. If you are banking to build a new stadium, you can earmark that money for the stadium. All we ask is that you post a stadium build, expense expected, and the timeline you plan to use to build it.
