I will say for GM of the Year, I think it's fine to acknowledge someone who's made strides over the years. Like DLee's build up of Philly wasn't a sudden one, but when he finally made the jump from barely missing the playoffs to actually seeing postseason play, there's a reason for reward.
I'd also like to think that if it appears you're clearly stacking the deck to have your guys win that we could dismiss your ballot.
Honestly I dont have time to look at it and make an educated vote. If you were to list 5-7 people for each category and give me their stats I would vote on that.
