Over the next few days I plan on tidying up our rules across the boards. Things will be organized so that each forum will have that specific portion of the rules pinned at the top. If you see something that looks out of date or contradicting rules reply here with the links.
Also, I'll take this time to inform you guys of change we had made in the off-season, but just forgot to post.
NTC Buyouts
Whichever team is in current possession of the NTC contract must pay for the 20% buyout. New GMs inheriting contracts are excluded. Though GMs swapping teams are still included in this rule.
