They are in their fifth seasons. Other players have been signed by other GMs when they are in their fifth seasons. Thats what I was going off from.... Ok, I guess thats not a foolproof way of doing it, but I was just checking out other extensions and was going off of that.

Being a 5th year veteran is not the same as having 5 years of service time (vitals tab).

Exactly, and thats why I went and looked at other GMs posts to see how it was handled by them. In particular, a GM that is on the Admin team. I figured that would be a good indication of the way we do them here.

erick, you have to increase their current salary to extend them. I have Puller and Gent both making more than this already.
