*** DET also agrees to pay the full $15M to buyout the NTC

DET accepts. I wont be here for the draft, so i trade away all but two of my draft picks along with spects that i like, but i have plenty of depth on the offensive side so it makes these guys available. I gain a much needed ace for years to come and hopefully will terrorize the White Sox

We saw Trembath as the lead man on the greatest three man rotation ever, however as you see we are teh worst team in the league and have not hitting, therefore we lost an amazing pitcher but get a handful of almost ready to help specs on the offensive side of the diamond as well as picks to supplement a beleagured minor league system

Ah see this is not one you can just buy out it was a full NTC dealt with me.

We have no interest to send our player to Detroit. Send us to a winning team and we may consider it.

it was not specified in your agreement posted about a buyout or where he could be traded.. i consulted with DJ about this before posting..

My two cents but a Full NTC is something I'd think you'd have to go through a agent, wether to buy it out or not.

I'm gonna have to veto on the grounds of a sign and trade. It doesn't matter when the deal was posted, but rather when it was entered.

As for the whole NTC debacle, it needs fixed. SFG has "NTC", implying a regular NTC in which friends and cash buyouts can be used. Boras has "full NTC", which would imply that a trade has to go through Boras to be traded.
