In our opinion Mark is going to become a little too expensive for our taste, and with his health on the dip so soon in his career we weren't sure how much his value would keep in stock as an RP. Getting Luba who I really believe will be better than Mark and a very high ceiling guy on the side is good enough for a soon to be expensive RP. Plus Mark hates it in Baltimore.
