Winterball Rules:
- Cost is 10M

Players can be sent based on:
- Never received a positive winterball previously
- 79 overall or lower and unpeaked
- Any overall if drafted in previous year

1 Slot = .582+ W%
2 Slots = .500-.581 W%
3 Slots = .499- W%

Results will be input on March 1st and are produced by randomizer.org based on the following outcomes:

Dice roll payouts:
1-40 No Change
41-120 +1 Peak
121-175 +2 Peak
176-200 +3 Peak

Quick Question: Is overall 80 & under, or is overall only 79 or lower?

I have to question why an age stipulation matters? With sending a player twice or sending a player rated 80+, you get a benefit of potentially creating a better player than what this is designed to be. It just doesn't make sense that a 79/96 guy at age 22 could be eligible, but a 75/85 guy at age 25 would not be eligible.

As something that has irked me for awhile, the is no longer an age stipulation. There is no benefit to sending an older player to winterball versus a younger player, so by all means send a peaked 31 age 79 overall to winterball!
