Mets would like to upgrade Infield Quality from Good to Excellent, Visibility from Fair to Good.
$15 million - 15% Discount = $12.75 million.

Then the Mets will upgrade as follows:
Infield Quality from Good to Excellent, Visibility from Fair to Good and I'll purchase 500 new seats for Citi Field.
$15 million + $12.5 million = $27.5 million total
Discount makes it $23.375 total
