Is Philadelphia rebuilding or not?

At this point, any deal in which Philly trades high end prospects for veterans is an instant veto from me. I need to see something resembling a plan and not just random/dog-chasing-a-car type moves like this one. A number of questionable deals have been allowed in hopes that eventually a coherent course will be set, but there always comes a breaking point and this is it for me.

New GMs here are not allowed to do "anything they want" if they consistently show that they don't have a plan with their team. That has become clear here. Jacob, you dealt Hadleman under the suggestion you were rebuilding. So rebuild. Any deal that isn't that will be vetoed in the short-term.

Please note....I hate vetos, but this league has survived for 7 years because sometimes the hammer has to come down.

Develop a plan for your team and stick to it. Quit being a dog chasing cars.
