To get rid of the altitude problem. There's no park I can build or OF dimensions that are reasonable to make it even a neutral park for HRs. That's really my main concern, so I guess if that were addressed somehow I'd be fine to stay in Colorado.

I've been trying my best to do that for nearly 30 seasons, lol. I guess if nothing can be done, I'll just continue to deal with it.

All for the Expos, but G has to pay at least half of the cost of a new stadium in my opinion

I voted yes for half pay, Tampa is a joke and I like the Expos, and if the per capital still ranks them among the last in the leagues then it doesn't mean they are being favored, or you could make he numbers for Montreal the same or similar to Tampa

I voted yes to relocation, agree that per capita income of 18700 is beyond stupid and 24K is reasonable. However, I do not support saddling Tampa with any of the costs just to watch as their Rays divorce it.
Montreal pays full costs.

Yes, but Tampa pays full price.

It looks like it will probably happen. My suggestion would be given the votes that we have Tampa pay half, but can pay it back over the next 5 years as is the case with most stadiums.

I don't have any problem with this assuming he's paying the team pays portion of the stadium. However, I think if you are raising the per capita or what have you so he gets a budget of 140M then anyone below that needs to be upped as well or have something changed if that doesn't fix it. I can string together winning season after winning season and still only be able to spend 100mil without losing money. And even with a new stadium it was figured out I'd still only be around 120-125mil.

Kansas City has nearly 28000 as it's per capita income.
KC's problem is that you never put the cherry on the top or rebuilt the stadium. I just ran a sim, decked your stadium out, and your payroll budget was between 115-125. And that was with pretty "meh" fan base and loyalty.
Even then, 24000 is still less than yours.
