With the agent THERE'S NO RESTRICTIONS TO CONTRACTS.

That means: incentives, signings bonuses, limited NTCs, whatever is on board. The only limitation is the GM is responsible for enforcing anything mogul cant. If the GM fails to note incentives or request a list of teams for a limited NTC then they risk be fined under the don't be an ass rule.

Can we get this better clarified somewhere then? So if I want to extend a guy rated a 77 after being in the league two years...I just contact the appropriate agent?

Can I sign a rookie to this deal? That answer leaves a LOT more questions....sorry to say.
