If WB did stay around I wouldn't want a health program. Health is heavily tied to overall and would prolly cause more jumps than WB does currently.

Changing a players' health actually does very little to their overall. I wouldn't want to add a program for that either, just saying it does almost nothing to a players' overall rating even if you change it significantly.
