2013 Holy Cross Crusaders Recruiting

How Recruiting Works - I'm going to allow dynasty members to help with recruiting
- You spend points on prospects in order to get them interested in your program. You don't get commits like in NCAA football. JUCOs are Juniors.
- In the off-season, you get to see whether a prospect was interested enough in considering your school (or if they went pro).
- If a prospect is interested, you then get the chance to make him an offer of scholarship % and playing time. They may decline your offer and go elsewhere if you do not meet their demands.
--- i.e. A player wants a 50% scholarship and to be a starter in his 2nd year. You could counter with a 70% scholarship and starter in 3rd year.
- For Holy Cross I will be focusing on the northeast and looking for players in good academic standing. The only way I would consider players outside of the northeast is if they're in excellent academic standing.
- Transfers do occur. It's not like NCAA Football where a broken promise means an automatic transfer, it's based on happiness. Random transfers can happen (i.e. Personal Reasons).
