If Izquirdo fails to put up an .800+ OPS for the 2044 season, SEA pays CHC 5.4M (Izquirdo's buyout value).
- Izquirdo must have at least 400 PAs
- Izquirdo cannot be purposely held out of the lineup to win the bet
- If Izquirdo fails to reach 400 PAs and fails to put up a .750+ OPS, CHC is awarded 2.7M
- Bet is void if traded
