Injuries (new or returning) and Elimination/Clinching are the only times changes should be made. For teams not in the race, only changes for season ending injuries should be made.
At the end of the sim, I will pause for teams to adjust their Banks. I will not quote everyone on their exact in-game cash total. You should have a rough idea of where you will end up and if you want to make a deposit/withdrawal.
