I've kind of came full circle on the issue. In the early days of the league I really wanted a rule put in. Now though I think if you're tanking your doing it wrong here. There's way too many good drafters to make tanking worth while anymore. That on top of the stinginess or perhaps dare I say quite realistic in how much you can get in trades here, making it impossible to trade down and make it worth your while. The only real reason to tank would be to get cash which is a pretty poor reason. If people still want to tank though what I'd like to see is fan loyalty dropped. Fan Loyalty is something that is not taken seriously enough within the game and it's not something I think a GM would leave over. It's easy to say punish them by taking away cash and or picks but that's going to piss somsone off. I'd rather have a tanker who's active than an empty team.
