The new SB setting will be:
+60% Stolen Bases
+20% Caught Stealing
Expect around 85-90 SBs and 25-30% CS at an "average" stolen base strategy. I know some of you have the stolen bases strategy maxed out to compensate for the recent low SBs. I would advise you guys to take the changes into consideration.
