2039 Changes

Wanted to make a running tally of things likely to change for next year:

1. We will switch to Mogul 2014. Anyone needing a game, we'll hook you up.

2. Bank limits will be imposed at 50M. All excess cash not earmarked for stadiums will be put back in game at the start of ST 2039.

3. Draft Pick trading will be open at ST. We will not sim ahead to ST to know what the draft class is. (We will sim a few days before the draft class is released)

4. The NL will begin having a DH.

5. Salary Demands will be upped +10%

6. Houston to the AL.
