Rule Changes: Agents and 2013

The biggest change is defense. Some can have a pretty drastic change, others have minimal changes, or even no change. Health can also change.

How is the change for the better of the league and teams in general? What's the advantage of these rating changes?

PR, for me 2013 provides more data and some different fields of data and information. It also centralizes some of the information that I (we) look at. It also gives more options within the game for stuff we want to do (extra wild card spot for example).
