I voted C because I dont completley agree with either a or b. I think any player should be eligable ragardless if they are a 90 or not. Its not like teams are going ot tarde away a 90 for nothing. And if you see teams trading away a 90 to a contender and then just trade back for him in the offseason you fine the teams in question for collusion.
