For a guy that you traded for, then traded away, and now traded back for it doesn't make sense. And then compound it with giving up an upper 80s peak prospect? The guy has 26 upside. Because he's "too inconsistent" isn't a valid reason to trade away the guy when he's a 61 overall in Single-A.
There needs to be a better reasoning or a different piece to be given for a guy that you already cast away once before (Poland).
