There's also how last draft those selecting for other teams sometimes forgot they were up and there was confusion as to what pick we were on. I think we all get the "people have lives outside of mogul" argument. That's why there's other options than showing up to the draft and not having to trade out of your picks if that's what you want. Taking the highest peak or scouting score is an option in addition to sending in a list. Plus if you don't have time to scout, I'm the list doesn't have to be specific players. I'd think sending in positions and build types would be fine.
