Lower Release Payouts - No 100%

I used to be a big time supporter of the 100% buyout, but the reason I've lessen my stance is because of the random veteran drops. A player randomly dropping off clearly isn't realistic and there's no way to predict who and when it will happen. These random drops can make what was once a smart, logical, and fair contract now look like an irresponsible, dead weight contract.
