Since there's been some debate this year that could lead to changes for the future, I figured I'd give my opinions on the matters.
1. Kickers - I'd like for them to stay. They're still a part of the game and effect the outcome of the actual games. A bad kicker can lose a game for teams and a good kicker can win the game. So, I think there's still a reason to keep them in FFB. Though, I'm fully in favor of making all FGs 3 points. The additional points for 40-49 and 50+ are basically bonus points and you don't get them for long TD runs, for example.
2. Individual Defensive Players - I think they could be added in lieu of team defenses. I haven't played in leagues with them, but I'd think scoring for them could be what we have for team defense and I'm not sure what the going rate for tackles are, but I would think 4 Tackles per Point seems reasonable.
Scoring???
Sack = 1 point
INT = 2 points
FF = 1 point
FR = 2 points
Tkl = 0.25 point
Block = 2 points
TD = 6 points
Turnover Return Yards = ???
