0% Platoon - Mogul will give no more or less platoons than it normally does.
0% Stats (vs Scouting) - Mogul will use MLB stats no more or less than it does when considering Scouting (Scouting = Vitals)
These two go hand-in-hand. By make Stats (vs Scouting) -100%, it will make Mogul auto-sort lineups based on Vitals. By Platoons going to +100%, Mogul is more likely to have lefty bats sit vs RHP.
