The first four sims are the next four days - Monday through Thursday.
After that we take a two week break to relax, enjoy family and friends, and do our draft offline.
A couple things to squash right now:
There will not be a clock for picks. If you're the type to get uppity about a day going by without a pick - lighten up Francis. It'll be ok. Your pick will come. Waiting a few hours isn't going to kill you. There is no reason to light XAT on fire because another guy didn't pick on your schedule.
At the same time, be aware if it is coming to you for your pick, try and be ready. Don't be 3 days into the draft, come on the XAT at your pick, and say "haven't scouted yet, I'll get around to it". That's going to piss people off. Try not to give people a legit reason to gripe at you. You can give people (me, if you want) a short list of players if your pick is coming up and you know you won't be available.
Just be understanding, regardless of which position you're in. Enjoy the time, use it to make deals, but remember we do this for fun. Other things like family and work matter more!
