Chad Qualls was suppose to be an Oriole. LAA posted offers but then 40/40 was booted from the league, and I posted making sure that people knew the offers we're set back to my recent one before LAA started bidding. Unless there is a rule that even if a GM is removed or leaves as his bid is still being clocked that the bid stands, Qualls should be on my squad.
