I'm open on that. My initial thought is 5-15M (in that range) for buy-in. Payout something like this:
60% - First place
30% - Second Place
10% - Third Place
or - third place gets their buy in back and whatever is left is split 70-30?

Sounds good to me either way the payout is done. Maybe $10M? That's a nice chunk of cash for the winner and not enough to kill most teams for entering.
