Changing a players' health actually does very little to their overall. I wouldn't want to add a program for that either, just saying it does almost nothing to a players' overall rating even if you change it significantly.

We should concentrate on tweaking the WB vehicle that's in place, because frankly I do not like the chances of running it into a ditch for good.

I think it's fair for people to also say if they don't like WB, if enough people don't like it, it's gotta be a big deal. but, at the same time, if it's not gotten rid of, then the tweaks that i proposed certainly would be more ideal to them than what we currently use, it should help the file considerably more than how it is now.

I think it is fair as well for people to express their opinion to get rid of WB if they see no benefit to the much more practical adjustments you're proposing. I also think that judging by the admin teams' policy behavior in the past on other issues, there isn't a snowball's chance in hell of WB going away unless and until one or two people say so.

Which his why this thread was made for the league to express their opinions. So far the overall desire of the GMs in this thread is to get rid of WB, just need more GMs to weigh in. One thing is for certain, whether someone likes WB enough to not mind keeping it around, it's totally clear that no one thinks WB is a firm asset to this league, if not the exact opposite.

I'd like to keep WB but scaling it down a bit sounds fine.
