The proposal looks fine, but this is a new stadium proposal, not an upgrade, so the cost I have is completely different.
As I told Steal 3rd, we're in the future so I'm not particular about grass being in a dome. Everything checks out except Infield Quality, which is frozen at Average for 100 DP and E effects.

Built, only issue is matty says you owe 440. I pulled 230 out of the game so that would leave you at 210 owed.
There is 50M in bank if you want to apply that now. Then we can set what the payback amount is per year.

OK, but if this is now a NEW stadium, I would build it as Open air and the cost is showing to be $383,710,857. I only left it as domed because you and I had discussed it being a Renovation.
How many years should we spread the payments?

Why is my team loyalty only showing at 65 in game? The new stadium should have boosted it to 77.
