2039 Changes

Since it seems a handful of people don't have '14 yet and since it's been announced this way, we should stick with '13 for re-signings. So far I don't see anything different in asking prices from '14 back to '13.

Arms are waiting on patch 16.14 from Clay so dont expect a change there yet.

Since it was already mentioned to me and I'm not sure if it was brought up last off-season...

We decided to remove the age restrictions for FA bidding since players are lasting into their late 30s, even early 40s at times. We can still deem a bid as invalid if we feel the amount of years is trying to exploit a potential retirement, but this will give freedom on players that are clearly worth offering beyond 38.
