2034/New Admins/Schedule

First off, with Sean's abrupt resignation we took some time today and are happy to announce to changes to help replace Sean. Obviously Sean has meant the world to this league and he will always be welcome back, but we chug along here at FCM:

Hokey will return as an admin and take one of the three simming days a week along with me.

jhc has been added as our new admin! He's been a huge part of the league now and will also be added as a simmer. Basically nothing about how the league has been runnign will change, just adding new blood to help fill Sean's shoes!

2034 is coming and unfortunately the holidays directly conflict with our schedule. Here are a few options:

1) We delay the start of the season to the 16th and sim on the 18th and 21st before taking a week off. We sim again on Dec. 28 with sim 4 and than the draft on the 30th. Sim 5 on Friday Jan 4.

2) We start on Friday the 14th, sim on 16, 18, and 21 and draft on the 22nd before the holidays set in, return on the 28th, 30th, and Jan 5th.

3) We start on Friday, sim on the 16th, 17th, 18th and draft on the 20th. Then we sim on the 28th, 30th, and Jan 5th.

4) Open to ideas!

I'm with Peter. Except I'd rather draft on 22nd than 23rd.

I'm not a fan of the 1st one mainly because of the draft placement. I'd be fine with 2 or 3 though.

I think option 2 could create issues with a draft on Saturday before Christmas. Plus I like a day in between the sim and the draft.

I can tell you that there is no way the draft happens on the 23rd. It's the 22nd or nothing.

personal preference, i'm fine with having the draft on the 22nd. however, can we start the season on saturday or sunday instead of friday? if not, no worries, i'll try to get my shit together
