We accept, dump a couple salaries and gain a strong DH. Cash is good too. We really hate giving up Plank, but we felt this move suits us best.

Accept. Marinas was the odd man out for me and I pick up some guys that I think will help me very very soon. I do lose some cash and take on some more salary, but its worth the risk.
