If you are unaware, I've knocked out a Top 100 Prospects segment on the blog. I created a formula to look at vitals, age, and rating. It started out with quickly running down the 100-26 players, then giving the 25-11 players a quick commentary, and doing more in-depth analysis for the top 10. In the next day or two I'll be adding a top farm system ranking based on the list (and some that just missed the cut).
So with the poll I'm wondering how you all liked it. Feedback is appreciated. I don't mind comments on player ranking, but I don't want it to turn into a crab fest about how your players should've been higher.

I really enjoyed it Matty, and it would be awesome if this becomes a yearly thing. I cant wait to say something like “I will throw in the 33rd ranked prospect to sweeten the deal” during trade talks.

Loved it. This also makes it easier for me when I try and get prospects from other teams!
Plus now I can analyze my own team and really determine the value of a prospect and really see what areas I need to improve on for my farm. Obviously my SP but I can be a bit more specific.

This was intended to be a poll and it's now been updated as such.

Absolutely awesome, I might not agree with the algorithm, but it will be a must read in the future. Thanks matty!

Not everyone evaluates specs the same way but it's definitely an interesting read. I'd love to see it become a yearly thing.

yeah, i loved it too. i'm going to write some articles over the spring and summer once i get more time. some things i'd like to see are organizations top specs, and positional top specs. but all in all, a great read. great job.

This is just another example of why I shouldn't do my own draft. 1 player in the top 100.
