Way to help Spread Talent
#11
My issue with that approach is GMs maintain all waiver issues, not every GM cares to scour for players in AAA 3 times a week. GMs who can/do would get an advantage since those players would slip through like Free Agents do all the time.

Again, why are we doing this? If we feel talent levels are too high this isn't the right approach.

Who has players making at least 1M in the minors that is worth having on other teams? I think I have a pretty deep team but I don't have anyone in my AAA that is a vet that other teams would want.

this to me is a lot of work for minimal results. i think the talent distribution sorts itself out over periods of time and the tides change with time

LOL, gotta be honest here, I read bits and pieces of this after I read the first few posts, and I gotta say, WTF is reason for this? The title is "Way to help spread talent", well how is any of this gonna help spread talent? Sounds to me like it is trying to put a band aid over the problem. This seems like Rule 5 or something even less than that. Rule 5 doesn't even help that much if any in mogul leagues. Sorry, but to me this just seems very pointless.
